Yellowjackets season 3 is finally here!

On Saturday, Dec. 7, Paramount + debuted the first action-packed trailer for Yellowjackets' highly-anticipated third season. The new installment will premiere it's first two episodes on Friday, Feb. 14.

According to the series' official logline, the thriller follows a team of "wildly talented high school girls soccer players who become the (un)lucky survivors of a plane crash deep in the remote northern wilderness."

The series operates on multiple timelines — chronicling their "descent from a complicated but thriving team to savage clans, while also tracking the lives they’ve attempted to piece back together nearly 25 years later, proving that the past is never really past and what began out in the wilderness is far from over."

Fans can expect to see the return of Melanie Lynskey, Christina RicciTawny Cypress, Lauren Ambrose, Simone KessellSamantha Hanratty, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Courtney Eaton, Liv Hewson, Kevin Alves, Steven Krueger, Warren Kole, Sarah Desjardins, Simone Kessell and Elijah Wood.

Hilary Swank and Joel McHale also guest star this season.

"Once upon a time, a bunch of teenage girls got stranded in the wilderness and they went completely nuts," the trailer begins alongside footage of young woman getting chased through a forest.

When she mysteriously disappears, teen Shauna (Nélisse) quips, "I can't believe we didn't eat that b---- first."

Despite their best efforts to move on, the memories of the events after the plane crash continue to haunt the girls as fully grown adults.

"This place will follow us for the rest of our lives," Teen Taissa (Brown) says as her future self continues to see shadows and moving figures in the dark.

Though it's been 25 years, their lives are still in danger. When Misty (Ricci) receives a mysterious letter at her doorstep, Shauna (Lynskey) says in hushed tones, "someone wants to kill us."

"The only people who know about this, are us or dead," Van (Ambrose) realizes solemnly.
