Home in Camlachie, Ont. burns to the ground, people and pets unharmed

A house in Camlachie, Ont. suffered "immense" damage after a fire Wednesday night, according to the OPP.

The Plympton-Wyoming Volunteer Fire Department arrived at the home on Victoria Street around 11:45 p.m. to find it fully engulfed in flames.

All people and pets in the building were able to escape unharmed, but the home and two vehicles were severly damaged by water and the flames.

The OPP and Ontario Fire Marshal's Office are investigating the cause of the fire.
