Homemade Jelly Donuts Recipe

This is how we make delicious Homemade Jelly Donuts. You can fill them with your favorite Jelly and dust them either with Powdered Sugar or sprinkle with Sugar, Jelly Donuts Ingredients: 2 cups Flour (sifted) Salt 3 tbsp Sugar 1 pkg. Vanilla Sugar 1-1/2 tsp Dry Instant Yeast 2 Egg Yolks 2 tbsp Butter (melted) 2/3 cups Milk (warm) Oil for frying (enough that the Donut can float) Jelly (any flavor you like) Combine Flour, Salt, Sugar, Vanilla Sugar and Yeast with Spoon. Add Egg Yolks and Butter, use Mixer with Dough Hooks. Incorporate Milk and mix until Dough comes together. Coat the Dough with Oil, place into clean bowl and cover with Towel. Let the Dough rise to double the size. Cut Dough in equal sized pieces. (6) Shape each piece into a ball and place on oiled Baking Sheet. Cover with Towel and let the Dough Balls rest for 30 Minutes. Heat Oil until bubbles appear when wooden Spoon is placed inside. Place Donut in Oil and cover with lid. Fry for 3 Minutes, remove lid and flip Donuts over and fry 3 more Minutes. Remove when done and place on Paper Towel. Fill squeeze bottle or piping bag with Jelly of your choice. While still warm insert Jelly (as much as you like) Dust top with Powdered Sugar. Enjoy!
