Boise Police cited a woman for misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter more than six months after a crash that killed a 21-year-old, a news release said Wednesday.

The 62-year-old driver was also cited for failure to purchase a driver’s license, police said. The June crash near Boise Towne Square mall killed Charles Gentry, who was on a motorcycle.

Gentry was traveling north on Milwaukee Street, police said. He had the right of way when the driver turned left from Preece Drive onto southbound Milwaukee, the release said .

Police said in the release they had completed the investigation into the crash.

Gentry wasn’t wearing a helmet, police previously said. The crash closed Milwaukee Street for four hours in both directions, according to previous Idaho Statesman reporting.
