Internet wonders how a giraffe would wear a tie
The Internet has collectively pondered several important topics: Is the dress gold and white or blue and black? Would dog wear pants that cover all four legs or just the hind ones? And now, we sit with our head in our hands to ponder the latest great mystery: how would a giraffe wear a tie?
The question first appeared on Twitter, where New York comedian Jeremy Hammond asked (on behalf of a friend, apparently) if giraffes would wear ties on the top of their necks or on the bottom.
When giraffes go to work do you think they put the tie at the top or bottom of their necks?

And it didn’t take long for legions of opinionated followers to voice their point of view.
@jeremythunder @parisba Bottom. Top just ends up accidentally dunked in their "I ???? Mondays" coffee mug.

If i were a giraffe, i think i would be more confident wearing my tie on the lower part of my neck

Top looks more professional whereas the bottom looks more like a chillen after 6 hours into the shift https://t.co/wi9V8vN4vv

Many answers were inconclusive and less straightforward:
The giraffe would wear a bowtie right under head, but a regular tie down at the base of his neck

@jeremythunder I feel the premise is wrong. A human's tie covers the majority of its wearer's neck. A giraffe's should too. pic.twitter.com/XQMIgHqcEI

Me: Would a giraffe wear a tie at the top or the bottom of its neck?
Professor: I meant questions about the final

"What if there was a giraffe on the moon with a tie round its neck?" Things said when the Quebecs get together

Unfortunately, the giraffe community has yet to comment.
