Weeks after Olympic gymnastics star Aly Raisman was body-shamed by several TSA agents, Aly spoke out about body acceptance in an Instagram post that's garnered 163,378 likes and more than 1,600 comments in just one day:

In the post, Aly wears a low-cut one-piece swimsuit - something anyone can "pull off," because guess what? There's no such thing as one type of bathing suit body.

"Wear whatever makes you feel happy and confident," Aly wrote in her caption. "Don't EVER let anyone tell you how you should or shouldn't dress. We are all entitled to wear what we want....It's never about the number on the scale, it's about the way you feel."

Aly goes on to defend women who want to dress sexy. "Females do not have to dress modest to be respected," she wrote. "Be proud of your body." (FWIW, internet haters recently criticized Aly's former teammate McKayla Maroney for posing in a thong in an Instagram post.)

Although Samantha Jones has been driving home that point since, oh, 1998, Aly has had her moments of insecurity - and the truth is, as she says, that's actually pretty normal. "No one is perfect. AND no matter who you are, male or female, we all have those days of insecurity. We are all human," she wrote.

Aly punctuated her post with the hashtag, "#IGotItFromMyMomma," a nod to the genes she's clearly proud of - and, of course, everyone's favorite cheerleader:

But you don't need an emotive parent in the stands to realize anyone can S-L-A-Y in a swimsuit (or whatever TF you want to wear). The point is that you should go for clothes that make you feel good and stop caring what other people think. (Done and done?)
