Jack Whitehall announces he's expecting a child with partner Roxy Horner
Bad Education's Jack Whitehall has announced that he and his girlfriend Roxy Horner are expecting a baby.
Jack posted a couple of sweet black-and-white pictures on Instagram, showing off the baby's scan pictures.
He captioned the photos: "And I thought I wasn't getting enough attention when the dog arrived…"
The happy news follows a tough time for the couple as they previously experienced a miscarriage.
"We had a miscarriage last year and so there was a part of me that was worried to open up too soon about this baby because I was so worried something would happen again and I didn’t want to have to kind of tell the world," Roxy told Hello! magazine.
"I think because we did go through that miscarriage you realise how fragile the baby is, and just how common actually a miscarriage is, and that so many women go through it – I had no idea how common it actually was.
"It just makes this feel extra special and you're more grateful that everything's fine."
The couple found out their happy news while out in Australia with her family.

"We found out the same week my nan passed away," she explained. "There's a part of me that feels like my nan knew we were trying for a baby and maybe this was her gift to us. That's how I'm seeing it."
Elsewhere, the trailer for Jack's new sci-fi rom-com Robots has recently premiered
Starring Divergent's Shailene Woodley opposite Whitehall, it tells the story of a womaniser and gold-digger who, when forced to team up and pursue robot doubles of themselves, learn about humanity.
Robots will be released on May 19.
