  • January Jones posted a IG photo of her long, toned legs and epic, sculpted abs in little, black undies.

  • She shows off her quick recovery after getting meniscus surgery earlier this month.

  • The 44-year-old actress uses barre, Pilates, and the Lagree Method to stay in such amazing and athletic shape.

January Jones celebrated her post surgery success with a revealing Instagram selfie photo in little, black undies. She rocks a stripped, crop tee that gives fans a full visual of her toned, washboard abs. And, despite the small bandage on her knee, January's legs are out and about, looking as strong and sculpted as ever.

"Progress report: feelin good and limber again! Just a couple holes in my knee, stitches out later today 💃🏼," she captioned the series, referring to a knee surgery she had earlier this month.

Fans responded with words of encouragement: "Still look phenomenal! Hope you're feeling better," said one, while another took a more punny approach: "We knee'd you in our lives 👏." Not wrong!

Her recent surgery fixed the meniscus cartilage in her knee. She is looking at an eight-week recovery period after returning home from the hospital last week.

Lucky for this Mad Men star, January's doctor is well versed in torn meniscuses, which is a common injury, especially among athletes who Dr. Michael Gerhardt treats often. He is the team physician for the Los Angeles Galaxy, a professional U.S. soccer club, Inside Nova reported.

It seems January was also able to face the painful situation with humor: "NBA here I come," she captioned a series thanking her doctor post-surgery.

Now, according to her recent IG post, the 44-year-old actress is back on her feet! And she looks better than ever.

You may be wondering how she maintains such a strong and healthy figure... I know I'm interested in hearing the secrets to those abs and legs. So, without further ado, January Jones's workout routine revealed:

The Spinning Out star takes barre and Pilates classes to tone and build her muscles: "I’ve gained weight because I’ve put on muscle," she said about her evolving body, "I’ve gone up a size in clothes, but I feel like I look better naked," she told Shape.

As shown by this Instagram, she also dabbles in yoga.

She specifically likes the Lagree Method, also known as the Megaformer workout, which blends low-impact and high intensity movements. "Lagree is quite difficult, but I’ve found that it’s the only thing that really makes me feel stronger, and I’m loving it," she said of her group classes.

She is also motivated when surrounded, and kept accountable, by other women: "I like having women on both sides of me to push me," she said of her competitive edge. "For me, that’s what’s motivating," she told Shape.

Can't wait to see you back on the screen, January! Get well soon!
