"It’s been two weeks since I’ve felt well enough to workout," the ‘Beverly Hills, 90210’ alum wrote on Instagram
Jennie Garth shared that she took some time off from working out due to illness.
The Beverly Hills, 90210 alum, 51, brought daughter Lola, 21, with her for her first workout in two weeks.
Garth encouraged a commenter who wrote that they’ve also skipped workouts due to illness, telling them, “you'll get [back] to where you were in no time.”
Jennie Garth hit the gym Tuesday for her first workout after being sick for two weeks.
“Today is my day to go back to the gym. I’ve been sick, but I gotta get back on it,” Garth, 51, shared in an Instagram video. Although she didn’t clarify why she’d been ill, the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum noted in her caption that she hadn't been to the gym in two weeks.
“Maybe Lola will go with me,” Garth added, referencing daughter Lola Ray Facinelli, 21, her middle child with ex Peter Facinelli. (They also share Fiona, 17, and Luca, 26).
The next clip in the video featured Garth carrying Lola, piggyback-style, into the gym, where they did resistance training, squats with kettle bells, abdominal work and side-by-side push-ups.
“It’s been two weeks since I’ve felt well enough to workout. After taking this time to let my body rest it’s even more challenging to even go to the gym, let alone make it thru a normal workout,” Garth wrote in the video’s caption.
