Jennifer Lopez Just Found the Perfect Replacement for Sweatpants
Within thirty years, Jennifer Lopez has amassed a broad range of personal style signifiers (ab-baring crop tops, oversized hoops, sexy turtlenecks), and she just added another one to the list: the comfy-chic skirt.
Over the weekend, J.Lo was spotted not once, but twice, wearing what might just be the perfect replacement for sweatpants. First, the singer offered her take on bohemian style in a long patchwork denim skirt. It's relaxed silhouette gave the same amount of ease and flexibility as sweatpants but with a more elevated appearance. And the following day, Lopez stepped out again in another approachable skirt — this time, a white maxi-length one that provided just as much coverage as her tried and true leggings.

The A-line design featured pockets and buttons down the front that could be adjusted for maximum mobility. Lopez paired the skirt with a black turtleneck, and accessorized with a forest green Gucci belt, a matching handbag, and sky-high black platform boots. She wore her hair in a slicked-back bun, showing off her gold earrings that matched her watch.

J.Lo wore her latest lounge-worthy outfit during lunch at the Hotel Bel Air in Los Angeles with her twins Max and Emme. The singer-slash-actress is spending more time in L.A. than originally expected, as production for her new movie The Mother temporarily halted due to the recent surge in COVID-19 cases. Despite the delay, she has the release of her other upcoming film Marry Me to keep her busy. Oh, and Ben of course.
