The 43-year-old mom of three just proved to the internet that she's up on what's cool by demonstrating her dancing skills to Charli xcx's "Apple."
Alba took to TikTok on July 24 to take part in the trend that's gone viral over the past several weeks, doing the dance originally choreographed by TikTok creator Kelley Heyer. The actress showed off her moves in a teeny-tiny black bikini with an unbuttoned black shirt over it.

She captioned the TikTok video, "Heart it's a #brat summer." All of the comments raved about how she nailed the dance. Specifically, several people told her she "ate," and we have to say we agree with that assessment of her skills.

The "Apple" dance has absolutely blown up this summer, with everyone — including celebrities — taking part in the dance trend. Even Charli xcx herself has stepped in to appreciate the dance, posting a TikTok alongside Troye Sivan (who she's touring her Brat album with) and photographer Terrence O'Connor.

Before Alba showed off her skills on TikTok, she showed off the genes in her family — and how her daughters Honor, 15, and Haven, 12, went shopping in her closet for a red carpet screening of Trigger Warning in June.
"Throwing it back all the way to ‘07 and ‘10 in the sweetest way ever 🥹," Alba began her post, sharing a photo of the trio on the red carpet. "For the screening of Trigger Warning, Honor wore my @prada dress from the 2007 premier of Valentine’s Day in London 💙 & Havie wore my @dolcegabbana dress from Comicon for Good Luck Chuck in 2010 🖤."
She wrapped up by writing, "I loooove seeing my girls wear some of my archived pieces and adding their own touch 🫶🏽 #FashionFriday."
