Joe Biden Jokes That Potential 2024 Endorsement by Taylor Swift Is 'Classified Information'
"I will tell you, she did endorse me in 2020," the president pointed out as Seth Meyers questioned him on those conspiracy theories during a surprise 'Late Night' appearance on Monday
President Joe Biden is continuing to poke fun at the conspiracy theories surrounding himself and Taylor Swift.
On Monday, Biden, 81, stopped by Late Night with Seth Meyers to mark the 10th anniversary of the series, and the host wasted no time in questioning him on whether he was "working in cahoots" with Swift, 34.
“Can you confirm or deny that there is an active conspiracy between you and Miss Swift?” Meyers, 50, asked as he quizzed Biden about a theory that Swift and her boyfriend — Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce — are part of a plot to help the Democrats win the upcoming election on Nov. 5.
“Where are you getting this information? It’s classified. That's classified information,” Biden responded with a slight grin on his face, adding, "But I will tell you, she did endorse me in 2020."

As Meyers questioned whether "it might come around again," Biden joked, “I told you it’s classified.”
Towards the start of the Swift conversation, Meyers brought up Biden's "Dark Brandon" photo that his account posted following the Kansas City Chiefs' Super Bowl victory on Feb. 11.
The verified Instagram account shared an image of the president with laser beams shooting out of his eyes, along with the caption, "Just like we drew it up, @Chiefs."

The post was poking fun at the baseless theory that the big win was designed by Democrats so that Swift could leverage the opportunity to endorse Biden for president in 2024 ahead of the election.
Before the Instagram post, Biden uploaded his first-ever TikTok, which also appeared to poke fun at the Swift conspiracy theory.

While answering multiple questions about the Super Bowl, the off-camera interviewer then asked, "Deviously plotting to rig the season so the Chiefs would make the Super Bowl, or the Chiefs just being a good football team?" Biden smiled and replied, "I'd get in trouble if I told you."
