It seem as if Joe Jonas hasn’t given up on New York City. About two months ago, the lead singer of dance-pop-funk-rock band DNCE finally sold the Nolita condo he bought in 2018, which had been on and off the market since 2020. But clearly, offloading the apartment doesn’t mean the Jonas Brother has turned his back on the Big Apple—he’s just switched boroughs. Per Robb Report, the musician has picked up a $6.7 million Brooklyn pad.

Located in the historic waterfront neighborhood of Dumbo, the 2,654-square-foot corner unit seems like the perfect size for a rock star who’s about to be a single dad, as the aftermath of his split from British actor Sophie Turner continues to unfold in court and in tabloids. The singer filed for divorce in September of last year.

The three-bedroom, four-bathroom aerie sits on the 26th floor of Olympia, known as one of Brooklyn’s priciest residential buildings. The edifice is widely recognized for its unique sail-shaped design. In Jonas’s unit, an entry foyer leads to a sprawling great room, which offers expansive views of the Manhattan bridge. The kitchen offers top-of-the-line Gaggenau appliances and a stone-topped eat-in island, while a wet bar and a wine cooler complete the dining area. Behind a set of double doors is a room that can double as a den or extra bedroom. All of the three official bedrooms boast en suite bathooms, the primary suite’s complete with dual vanities and a soaking tub.

There’s no shortage of amenities at the luxury building. Highlights include with a 24-hour concierge; a shipwreck-themed children’s play area; indoor and outdoor lap pools; a tennis court; a wellness center that includes a dry sauna, a hot tub, steam room, and a treatment room; and a fitness center that boasts a boxing gym, movement studios, and a two-lane bowling alley.
