Joe Wicks was left nursing a sore head after accidentally bashing into a wall during one of his live PE workouts.

The fitness guru came a cropper as he was leading his followers through an exercise routine while dressed as the Honey Monster.

Wicks, who was wearing a big furry head and fluffy shoes, had announced that the last move would be the “silly billy”, which involves sliding from side to side across the room.

But things went wrong when he skidded a bit far and smashed straight into the slanted wall.

Groaning, he fell backwards and lay on the floor for a second before recovering his composure.

“I’ve cracked it!” he said.

Wicks – aka the Body Coach – later shared a clip of the workout on Instagram, telling fans: “Honey monster #PeWithJoe I head butted the ceiling and dented the roof.

“Actually FML.”

He then posted a message to a coach and performance therapist, saying: “Sorry mate I’m literally one injury after another for you to deal with lol. I’m gonna need needles in my head. Come out looking like hell raiser.”
