Following former special rapporteur David Johnston’s recommendation that a public inquiry is not needed into allegations of foreign interference Tuesday, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said that Johnston had been given “complete access” to all relevant documents and had spoken with MPs and senior officials, and security experts.
