The game, described as "a blockbuster story-driven action-adventure RPG," allows you to play as either a knight, a sellsword, or assassin, each with their own unique skill sets. The rest of Westeros, Jon Snow included, is consumed with the War of the Five Kings, as seen on the show. But you, as the player, are determined to restore your house's legacy.

Regardless of your class, you play as a bastard of House Tyre, a minor house from a modest keep in the remote reaches of the North. Jon Snow can relate! The sole heirs were slaughtered at the Red Wedding, so Marrok Tyre, the ailing head of House Ture, summons you to defend your ancestral home. You must support the Night's Watch, rally support throughout Westeros, and convince the nobles that the White Walkers are no myth. No biggie.

"The game’s original storyline expands on that of the legendary TV series, allowing you to forge your own path amidst the power struggles of noble houses and the looming threat of what lies beyond the Wall," according to an official story description.

Aside from Jon Snow, the trailer reveals the return of Varys (originally played by Conleth Hill), Jaime Lannister (originally played by Nikolaj Coster-Waldau), and Cersei Lannister (originally played by Lena Headey). Plus, there's a dragon flying overhead, so Daenerys can't be far away.
