Julia Fox is sharing her experience living with ADHD and OCD.

The model and actress, 32, recorded a TikTok video from her bathroom in which she spoke about how having the disorders has "been very difficult." The conversation began when Fox was asked by a follower if she could make a video about "navigating her career while being neurodivergent."

"I have bouts of great productivity where I'm on top of the world and just feeling like ... I'm invincible," said the Uncut Gems star. "And I have moments of deep, deep, deep stagnant type of feeling, like I just can't f***ing move."

ADHD, or attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, is a neurodevelopmental disorder that can cause attention difficulty, hyperactivity and impulsiveness. OCD, or obsessive compulsive disorder, is a chronic mental health disorder that causes a person to have uncontrollable, repeated obsessions and/or behaviors known as compulsions, according to the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH).

Fox continued, explaining that while she's known for her candid attitude, she's "never really talked about" her struggles with the disorders.

"ADHD is really tough. I have a little bit of OCD as well, which I just realized, because I used to count the number of letters inside words inside my head, and I would always want them to reach to 10, and if I'm not smoking weed, I'm literally counting. So the weed quiets down the OCD, but it does not help with the productivity issue with the ADHD," Fox added with a smile, sighing. "Just too much."

This isn't the first time Fox has opened up about her mental wellness. Last week, she spoke about her experience having postpartum depression following the birth of her son. She also recently spoke about some of the steps she's taken to preserve her mental health, telling followers that she's proud of herself for ending her relationship with Kanye West, describing herself as having "tapped out at the first sign of a red flag."

"I was just going day by day and seeing where it went," she told ES magazine. "It was just like: He still wants to hang out with me today, let’s do it. And then real life set in and the lifestyle wasn’t sustainable. I couldn’t fly away once a week."
