The 34-year-old Dancing With the Stars host wished Dallas-born model Tyler Lain a very happy birthday with a "collection of faux engagement photos" that showed them frolicking in the beach.

The newest Dancing With the Stars host is glowing in her latest set of oh-so-flirty beach photos with a potential new bae. Julianne, 34, took to Instagram to wish Dallas-born model Tyler Lain a very happy birthday with a sweet caption underneath her "collection of faux engagement photos." The two definitely seem to be dating. Although they have neither confirmed, nor denied.
In the pics, Jules rocked a printed two-piece number that showed off her super strong (and totally ripped) abs. Her hair was coiffed in perfect beachy waves, and she paired the look with a pair of huge earrings and an equally gigantic smile. Perhaps Tyler is to thank?

It’s amazing to see Jules looking so carefree and strong! First off, she has her very own fitness platform, KINRGY, that definitely helps keep her killer abs strong through its 45-minute "high sensory activated dance method" workouts.
"The reason why I started Kinrgy in general was for my own growth and transformation and how dance really helped me with my own anxieties," Jules told WH. "We're where you can go take a meditation class or go do a breathwork class or go do a dance class or fitness, we've somehow kind of supercharged. I'm like, 'Ooh, this is like yoga on an energy drink.'"
But that's not all she does: Jules is also way into SoulCycle, hot power yoga, and weightlifting. (She hits the gym at least five times a week!)
Jules is a great dancer (obv) and busts a move on the reg, which helps keep her heart rate up for sure!
And loves outdoor activities too! Case in point: she's a super skilled snowboarder.
And in terms of nutrition, Jules starts each day with warm lemon water followed by celery juice. Then post-workout, it's a super health-forward shake. Jules also has only one food rule: She avoids anything that may cause inflammation. That means she sticks to grilled chicken or salmon with steamed or grilled veggies.
