Kaley Cuoco Reveals Her Parenting Hack That 'Some People Are Going to Hate Me For': 'Works for Us'
"Some people are going to hate me for that. Don't care," she says
Kaley Cuoco is sharing a few of her best pieces of advice for new parents — and some of it may be a little unconventional.
In an interview with USA Today, the Role Play actress, 38, shared a few parenting hacks that she's picked up over the past nine months with her baby daughter Matilda, though she noted that some of her advice may not be for everyone.
"Some people are going to hate on me for that. Don't care," Cuoco says after revealing that one of her non-negotiable hacks is screen time. "My daughter's seen every Disney movie that there is at this point, and she loves it!"

Noting that it's been nice to revisit her Disney favorites and also see some of their new films, Cuoco explains that she gets to bond with her daughter, whom she shares with boyfriend Tom Pelphrey, 41, because she's "experiencing this whole thing with her."
"If she's going crazy and I plop her on the couch to watch a Disney movie, like thank you, you get 10 minutes," she says. "That's great. To me, that's wonderful."
"There's maybe the next mom who doesn't want them to watch TV, and that's fine too. But that definitely works for us."
Last week, the actress attended a special screening of her new Prime Video movie Role Play and opened up on the red carpet about her daughter Matilda's recent milestones.
When asked what she loved most about being a mom right now, Cuoco quipped, “Um, that I’m here without her.”
The new mom then switched gears and raved about how great her growing family is.
“I love her so much, I really do,” the Young Sheldon actress told PEOPLE. “She is very funny. I think selfishly what I love the most is she finds me hilarious. I think she’s my best audience. I never had more laughs than I do in our house with this baby. And I used to feel like I got a lotta laughs, but now with her, I am her 24/7 clown entertainment, and I love nothing more.”
Cuoco also dished on Matilda's “adorable” first Christmas.
“It was so fun! I bought her way too many presents that she didn’t even know how to open, and didn’t understand what was happening, but it made me happy, and I have 80,000 photos to show her in the future."
