Kansas City police looking for missing 23-year-old man last seen near Walmart Sunday

Police are asking for help locating a missing Kansas City man who was last seen near a Walmart over the weekend.

Breyden Hensley, 23, is described by police as 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs about 115 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.

In a news release, the Kansas City Police Department said Hensley was last known to be in the area of 11601 East 40 Highway around 6 p.m. Sunday. His vehicle was found near the intersection of 33rd Street and Southwest Trafficway, near the Metropolitan Community College — Penn Valley campus, with his cell phone, keys and other personal items inside, police said.

He is known to spend time near Independence Avenue in Kansas City and in the city of Grandview. He has not been seen or heard from since Sunday, KCPD said, and his family is concerned for his safety.
