Karlie Kloss Is Reportedly Pregnant With Her First Child
Karlie Kloss and Joshua Kushner are expecting their first child, sources confirm to to People magazine.
“Karlie is overjoyed to be expecting her first child in 2021,” a source tells the publication. “She will be the most amazing mother.”
Kushner and Kloss have been married for two years (they just celebrated an anniversary earlier this month). They announced their engagement news in July 2018. “I love you more than I have words to express. Josh, you’re my best friend and my soulmate,” Kloss wrote. “I can’t wait for forever together. Yes a million times over.”
Karlie Kloss’s relationship with Joshua Kushner has caused some to raise eyebrows given his connection to the Trump family. The supermodel has made it clear, though, that the couple’s politics don’t necessarily align with their in-laws’. She endorsed Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden on Instagram October 27, posting a message about voting.
“What’s your voting plan? This was mine—signed, sealed, (notarized), and delivered ✅ #voteBLUE #scienceoverfiction,” she wrote.
“I really followed my heart on choosing to be with the person that I love, despite any complications that came with it,” she said about her relationship in April on Diane von Fürstenberg’s podcast InCharge With DVF. “I knew for me, it was worth it to fight for that.”
She continued, “I think that in my career too, you know, being true to my heart or being true to myself, when I know that something is not aligned with who I am, and the message I want to send to the world, or the kind of person that I want to be maybe that comes back to character. But like, my heart often is telling me exactly what I need to hear. And I didn’t always listen to it.”
