  • Kate Beckinsale rocked totally toned abs in a recent Instagram post while hanging out at the beach.

  • In the photos, the actress, 49, was wearing a little bikini that accentuated how strong she is these days.

  • When it comes to working out, Kate usually opts for a VersaClimber or a rowing machine.

Kate Beckinsale is always a glam queen, but she may have outdone herself with her most recent snap. The 49-year-old model posed in the sand in a white cover-up, a little bikini, and a majorly oversized hat. While the beach setting was certainly beautiful, it was also hard to ignore how majorly toned Kate's abs and legs were in her getup.

“Say hello to falsetto in three, two, swag,” Kate captioned the photo, referencing Justin Bieber's song, "Boyfriend." Actor Jonathan Voluck also appears in the photos, covered in sand everywhere except for his butt cheeks. This is definitely a look.

People were super into this comical photo, and Kate's friends and fans added all sorts of encouraging compliments in the comments. "Don't change," one person wrote, while another fan simply wrote “Suns out, buns out! 😁,” which I think sums up everything everyone is thinking.

If you want to know how she gets so strong, I've got you covered. The first thing to know is that Kate is notorious for putting in serious work in the gym.

Specifically, she gets her sweat on with trainer Brad Siskind, who works at celeb trainer Gunnar Peterson's gym. Kate told Women's Health that she works out at least six mornings a week. And Siskind added that they don't waste time. “The whole hour is work,” he said.

During their workouts together, Kate usually starts with a full-body workout of eight compound exercises. Each exercise works two muscle groups at the same time so that she gets the most out of every session. The moves include bicep curls with a squat, and sit-ups with combination punches. Working smarter, not harder, you love to see it.

After this routine, Kate moves on to cardio interval training for 90 to 120 seconds on a rower or the VersaClimber, a tall, skinny cardio machine with handholds and footholds that helps you do movements that mimic climbing. Then, she starts at the top with the same eight exercises, adding heavier weights, bands, and faster reps.

It takes Kate about 45 minutes to get through two circuits. When she is finished, she tops it off with either one more cardio interval using a rubber Inertia Wave, or one-leg pushes on a curved Skillmill treadmill.

If there was any doubt at all, Kate is *super* strong and working hard for for those strength gains. Keep crushing it, girl!
