Katy Perry, 37, just showed off her sculpted arms in a new topless photo on Instagram.
The singer also shared a peek at her toned abs in a top made out of chains.
But her partner Orlando Bloom wasn't so impressed.
Katy Perry, American Idol judge and the star of Las Vegas' latest residency, just broke the Internet with her latest Instagram post. The singer, 37, revealed her toned arms in a brand new topless photo (and fans had a lot to say!).
"Let it burn baby 🧨 #WIG," Katy captioned the post—and that dynamite emoji is a total understatement. "SHE UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT," one user commented, while someone else added, "I JUST DROPPED MY COFFEE OMG."
However, Katy's partner Orlando Bloom was more concerned with groceries: "Babe plz can we get some more hazelnut milk we’re running low," he wrote. Okay, Orlando, but have you seen Katy's abs in that chain mail top?
Anyway, Katy recently opened up about the fitness routine that has her looking so sculpted. She admits that spending time in the gym isn't exactly her favorite hobby: "My exercise routine is being half late to the workout because I hate working out," Katy told the Wall Street Journal.
But, Katy's trainer doesn't buy it. "I’m always like, 'I’m so late, too bad I can only do a few things.' The guy who works me out is like, 'Yeah, right,'" she added.
To prepare for her Las Vegas residency, Katy sweated it out around three to five times a week. "Really it is about strength training and weights," she said (so that's where those killer arms come from!).
When she's not gearing up to go on stage, Katy says she, Orlando, and one-year-old Daisy like to go hiking together. "Orlando has one of those hiking backpacks that we can pop Daisy into; she loves it," Katy explained.
As for her diet, Katy starts her mornings off with lots of greens. "Daddy and I, we drink a couple strange drinks or healthy concoctions in the morning before we cram in our coffee," she told the Wall Street Journal.
She and Orlando down a Niacin flushing drink, which Katy says "makes us all red and gets the blood moving." Other days, a glass of celery juice does the trick.
For breakfast, Katy says she usually has some avocado toast or whatever berries Daisy doesn't eat. Sometimes, she'll go for a breakfast burrito with hot sauce instead. "I’m not a huge breakfast person, so I usually wait for lunch, and with lunch I’m all about the salad," she added.
Breakfast or no breakfast, the routine is clearly working for her. Killing it, Katy!
