Kelsea Ballerini Fans Rush Over to TikTok to See Her Surprising No-Makeup Look

As one of the biggest country singers right now, it seems like Kelsea Ballerini is always on the go. Between headlining concerts and releasing new songs, it's impossible to think she may have time to let her hair down ... or take her makeup off. Well, she just clued fans into life off-stage and her followers are amazed at just how beautiful she looks, even when she's chilling by herself.
On June 17, the "Half of My Hometown" singer jumped on TikTok to give fans a peek of her hanging out in a hotel room before playing a show in Santa Rosa, California. Drinking a glass of white wine and donning a black tank top paired with baseball cap, Kelsea gave a play-by-play into what her time in the city had been like.
"So, I'm in Santa Rosa, California — also known as the Wine Country — and I have a show tonight," she said in the clip. "I got in last night. I have not had an afternoon off in a hot minute. So today I just walked around this cute little city, what? And just, you know, tried some fruit of the land."
Kelsea revealed that she took a little trek into town and bought makeup to wear onstage that night, though she didn't remember what she bought.
"Then I saw there is a mall nearby. And I said, dear mall, do you have a Sephora, and indeed, they did," she explained. "I don't know what I bought ... but I bought a lot. And when you see me tonight at the show and I look like I've been playing in makeup for five-plus hours, mind your business. See you tonight!"
Wow. It sounds like the "Dibs" singer definitely took advantage of the little time she had off. But fans weren't too interested in hearing about Kelsea's shopping trip. Instead, many loved seeing the Tennessee native fresh-faced and relaxed before taking the stage.
"I love that you are so normal for such a star ⭐️!! 🥰," one fan commented on the country artist's video. "You are extremely gorgeous!!" another let Kelsea know in the comments. "You are just precious and I am so proud of you! 😘," another added.
By the sounds of it, the songstress is gearing up to release a new album in the coming weeks after debuting her new single "Heartfirst" early this spring in April. So, it's a good thing she got a chance to do her own thing. And when she's not in the studio, she's in good company with mom Carla and husband Morgan Evans — you can bet that she was her fun self in the other TikToks with them.
