Petro appointed Irene Velez as Minister of Mines and Energy and Alfonso Prada as Interior Minister, he said on Twitter. The price of gasoline and diesel oil in Nova Scotia dropped Saturday after taking a significant tumble the day before. Gasoline and diesel prices fell by nine cents and six cents per litre, respectively, as part of a weekly price adjustment on Friday. After months of frequenting the Kingston General Hospital, one mother says she's concerned about a staff shortage at the hospital's pediatric critical care unit after having to take on nursing duties for her sick child. Vanessa Ivimey's daughter Ivy Murray has a gene mutation called SNC2A, known to cause early-onset epilepsy and developmental delays.
