Shopping for a new cellphone or tablet can be a chore. Deciding between which pricey slab of metal and glass is slightly faster or has marginally better battery life can be as fun as choosing between mayo or Mircal Whip.

One boy in São Paulo, Brazil, however, decided to give those shopping for Apple devices a bit of a shock by changing the lock screen wallpaper of all of the iPhones and iPads on display with closeups of his face.

One woman posted pictures of the boy’s prank on Twitter, and they soon went viral. “I don’t know about you but I already have a new idol for 2017,” she tweeted with the photos in Portuguese, adding that all of the devices in the store were outfitted with the boy’s face.

Camilla told BuzzFeed she was having a coffee and saw the boy giggling around the cellphones. She got up to look at what the commotion was and laughed when she realized what he had done. She congratulated the boy who she said was embarrassed but thanked her.

If there’s anything we could all agree on, however, it’s that his selfies sure beat the bland default wallpaper on most phones and tablets.
