A unique Airbnb in Kent, Washington, is filled with so much nostalgia that people are falling in love with old memories while creating new ones.
It’s called “The 80s Time Capsule” and it’s exactly what you think it would be.
“Staying here you will get a chance to see the worlds best 80’s memorabilia collection! Huge sectional in the living room with 60 inch TV (and awesome 80’s movie library!), Donkey Kong & Ms. PacMan! Full kitchen, laundry room, & huge backyard with patio, dining area, & BBQ,” the listing on Airbnb says.
And even the photos don’t seem to explain just how much fun the vacation rental appears to be. From the New Kids on the Block decor in one bedroom, toBarbie dolls lining the shelves in another room — fun appears to be dripping from every corner of the space.

The rental has a 4.77-star rating with former guests gushing about their stays in the review section.
“Booked the 80s time capsule for my husband’s birthday,” one person said. “He is a huge 80s fan and he absolutely loved looking at the extensive collection and reliving old memories from his childhood! It was also fun to see our kids’ reactions to the brick cell phone, to the first Mac computer to the arcade games!”
“We really enjoyed our stay at Lisa’s amazing 80’s time capsule,” another commented. “What a walk down memory lane! If you have little ones they will have a blast exploring the retro toys.”
“5 stars, crazy place. But in a good way,” someone noted.
“Can’t say enough about this place,” one person said. “If you rent both up and down it is such a great place for family get togethers. We’ve been here 3 times now.”
The rental is priced at $140 per night.
Kent is about 20 miles south of Seattle.
