Kim Kardashian reportedly made $5 million in the first five minutes of Tuesday’s Kimoji fragrance launch. What did you do yesterday?
TMZ doesn’t reveal how it got the $1 million-a-minute figure, but considering founder Harvey Levin is BFFs with Kardashian momager Kris Jenner, we’re inclined to believe the number. The trio of new perfumes — Cherry, Vibes, and Peach — are modeled after three popular Kimojis. The release not-so-coincidentally coincided with World Emoji Day.
The latest scents come at a lower price point of $45, whereas Kardashian’s KKW Crystal Gardenia and Body fragrances are $60. As usual, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star relied on social media marketing for her product and didn’t spend a dime on advertising.

This allowed her to keep her promo shots sexy.
Tuesday’s profit might come in handy, given a new lawsuit filed against KKW Beauty. Kardashian’s company has been accused of stealing the logo for the Vibes fragrance from a marketing firm, according to documents obtained by the Blast. Vibes Media alleges that KKW “has been marketing, promoting, and is now selling a Vibes perfume. The Vibes perfume comes in a bottle that is a close facsimile of the Registered Vibes Logo.” The firm says it was trademarked in 2012.
Regardless of what happens with that, Kardashian made a pretty penny, which will help if she wants to catch up to sister Kylie Jenner’s net worth.
