What you need to know: Roads reopen, TTC resumes 1 day after van attack

Subway service at North York Centre station has resumed and roads are reopened on Tuesday as police continue to investigate a deadly van attack that killed 10 people and injured 15 on Yonge Street near Finch Avenue.

Here is what drivers and pedestrians need to know:

- All roads are open at Yonge Street from North York Boulevard/Elmwood Avenue to Bishop Avenue

- All lanes on Finch Avenue, westbound and eastbound, are reopened from Kenneth Avenue to Duplex Avenue

- Police are telling drivers to use caution as they drive in the area

Here is what TTC riders need to know:

- Subway service has resumed at North York Centre station on Line 1. TTC bus service has resumed.

- Customers using GO Transit can board anywhere in Toronto with their PRESTO cards or TTC transfers.

- TTC customers can also board GO Transit buses and trains with TTC transfers or Metropasses.

- GO service is expected to resume on Tuesday evening said Anne Marie Aikins, spokesperson for Metrolinx.

North York Civic Centre, Mel Lastman Square and Douglas Snow Aquatic Centre were all closed on Tuesday.

No city services were available at the North York Civic Centre and all meetings, programs and permits that were scheduled for Tuesday were cancelled.

Tory said the North York Civic Centre is expected to be open on Wednesday "for business as usual."
