Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker Got Married Again
For the second time, Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker have said their I do's.
TMZ and People have reported that Kardashian and Barker are now legally man and wife. Photos published from TMZ show the newlyweds posing for wedding portraits outside of a Santa Barbara courthouse, with the couple cozied up in front of a convertible with an attached "Just Married" sign. Kardashian wore a white minidress and a dramatic veil while Barker wore an all-black suit.
"They had to legally get married first ahead of their big Italian wedding, which is happening very soon," an insider told People. "All the details are set and the whole family, including all the kids, are very excited."
They first attempted to tie the knot at a chapel in Las Vegas, shortly after attending the 64th annual Grammy Awards. It was later confirmed the nuptials were not yet legal because they had failed to obtain a marriage license.
"There was no possibility to get a marriage license at that hour," Kardashian explained during a guest appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!. "It was 2 a.m. and they were like, 'It opens at eight o'clock.' ... We just did it anyway. It's what's in the heart."
Barker popped the question to the Poosh founder in a romantic beachside proposal last October after nearly a year of dating.
The couple have also opened up about their ambitions to expand their families. "Travis and I want to have a baby," Kardashian revealed in a promo for Hulu's The Kardashians.
Kardashian is already mom to Mason, Penelope, and Reign Disick, whom she shares with her ex Scott Disick. Meanwhile, the drummer shares Landon and Alabama Barker, and stepdaughter Atiana De La Hoya, with ex-wife Shanna Moakler.
