Kourtney Kardashian Wishes 'Baby Daddy' Scott Disick Happy Birthday With Bikini-Clad Throwback Pic
The birthday wishes keep coming in for Scott Disick, who turned 33 on Thursday.
After a spate of celebratory messages from the reality star's friends and family, Disick's ex, Kourtney Kardashian, finally shared an adorable TBT pic in honor of his special day, showing her straddling a clean-shaven Disick while rocking a zebra-print bikini.

"Happy birthday baby daddy!" Kardashian captioned the cute snapshot from when the couple appeared to be much younger.
Disick and Kardashian, who called it quits in July 2015 after dating for 10 years, share three kids -- Mason, 6, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 17 months.

Since their split, and his subsequent stay in rehab last year, Disick has remained close with his ex's family, many of whom shared Instagram pics celebrating his special day as well. Rob Kardashian called Scott his "brother for life" -- and Kardashian family matriarch Kris Jenner gushed, "I am so blessed to be able to call you my son. I love you and hope you have the most amazing day!"
