Kristin Cavallari has never had Botox, fillers: 'I'm not 55, I'm f***ing 35'

Kristin Cavallari is opening up about her stance on plastic surgery and cosmetic enhancements.

The Hills alum, 35, appeared on Amanda Hirsch's Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast, where she reflected on being accused of tweaking her look and the one time she tried Dysport, an injectable similar to Botox that is primarily used to smooth frown lines between the eyebrows.

"I'm not 55, I'm f***ing 35," she joked. "The only thing I've ever done is, actually, and it was in the height of COVID, thank god, I did Dysport under my eyes. f***ing hated it. This is why I don't do this stuff. I felt like every time I smiled, it got rid of my lines but it made the bags under my eyes more prominent. I look at photos from that six-month period and I’m like, ugh — I can't look at it."

Cavallari said that she hasn't done anything else to her face and that she likes being "very animated."

"I need my face to move," she explained. "I have fine lines. I do. They don't bother me."

The Uncommon James founder added that "we don't really know the long-term effects of this stuff.

“When I say long term, I don't mean five years. I mean, like 25 years," she explained. "To me, your face is a muscle and so instead of freezing it, I think you should work it out the same way you would any other muscles."

Of long-term facial tweaking, "I've just seen so many people get carried away with it," she said. "You're no longer comparing yourself to like your face when you started getting Botox or filler or whatever. So like you keep going and going and going and then all of a sudden your face looks crazy."

While Cavallari may not be thrilled about changing her face, she is excited about the changes she has made to her body, thanks to working out with her personal trainer Kevin Klug three times a week.

"He has me lifting the heaviest weight I ever have in my entire life to the point where I'm like 'Kevin, I can't pull these weights,' and he's like, 'Just do it,'" she said of her routine. "And then a fourth day I'll try to do maybe 30 minutes on a Versa climber, which is also brutal."

Cavallari, who shares three children with her ex-husband Jay Cutler, recently shared her workout process in an Instagram post, in which she showed off her toned physique in a bikini. She captioned the photo, "I work out really hard and am dedicated to a healthy lifestyle and I think just because I'm a mom doesn't mean I can't be proud of my body and be comfortable in my skin."

When Hirsch asked what inspired the Instagram post, the Nashville-based star said she faces shaming from people who don't think she should post certain things online as a parent.

"I've put on a lot of muscle weight, and I'm proud of that," she explained. "And I think just because I am a mom doesn't mean I should be ashamed of my body or have to hide it and so yeah, I decided, f*** it. I'm going to post it. I had to be in the right mood though."
