Kylie Jenner’s First Calabasas Home Hits the Market

Before Kylie Jenner had even turned 18, or launched her Kylie Cosmetics line in 2015, she owned an impressive starter home in Calabasas. That Tuscan-style mansion recently hit the market for $3.6 million, People reports. This is a substantial amount more than the $2.7 million Jenner paid for it, and markedly more than the $3.15 million she sold it for in 2017.

Set on a 0.364-acre lot, the home comprises five bedrooms and six bathrooms spread across 4,851 square feet, with an optional sixth bedroom that Jenner converted into a glam room complete with mirrored walls, lighted vanity, and custom drawers. The house, which Jenner decorated with the help of Jeff Andrews during her time there, features black hardwood flooring and bright white walls, with beamed ceilings, crown molding, and floor-to-ceiling windows throughout.

The master suite, located on the second floor, is one of the centerpieces of the home, with a dedicated sitting area, an impressive monochromatic bathroom, and a walk-in closet. Out back, the mansion’s entertaining amenities include a covered loggia, a pool and spa, a built-in grill, and a bar. Jenner has made many real estate moves in the years since she left the home. Most recently, the reality star purchased a brand-new Holmby Hills compound for $36.5 million, which includes a 15,350-square-foot main house and two separate guest apartments. Earlier this year, Jenner also dropped $15 million on a vacant 5-acre lot in Hidden Hills that previously belonged to Miley Cyrus. Permits for the parcel include plans for an 18,000-square-foot mansion, a 12-car garage, a separate guest house, a barn, a sports court, and a pool, though it is unclear what Jenner plans to build on the land.
