Us Weekly got a little more intel on Bradley Cooper and Irina Shayk in its cover story this week, including how Lady Gaga feels about potentially dating Cooper now that he's single. A Gaga-Cooper real-life romance is just not in the cards, a source made clear to Us.

Gaga “isn’t going to get together” with Cooper after his breakup with Shayk, the source said. In fact, Gaga “felt bad” about the romance rumors she and Cooper sparked while working on and promoting their film A Star Is Born.

Us was told by a separate source that although Gaga and Cooper weren't actually involved, the rumors were hard on Shayk. “Even though there was nothing romantic between Bradley and Gaga, the noise was difficult for Irina to deal with," that source said.

People also reported last week that the Gaga-Cooper romance rumors were harmful to his real-life relationship with Shayk, along with Cooper's constant traveling to promote the film. People's insider didn't rule out him and Gaga potentially dating someday. "He has a huge and overwhelming connection to Gaga, but whether it becomes a real love story in their lives for all the world to see is premature, and it’s difficult to speculate at this sensitive time," that source said.

The Sun also weighed in on Gaga and Cooper's relationship prospects. Its source also rejected the notion they would date right now, saying Cooper would not participate in that. “There’s no way Gaga and Bradley will get together," that insider said. “Not now-they’re really good friends and still speak all the time, but it’s not his style to jump into another relationship straight away. Especially after all the rumors about them during A Star Is Born. He wouldn’t do that.”
