Las Vegas Raiders at Tennessee Titans: Predictions, picks and odds for NFL Week 3 matchup

Stunned by an improbable comeback at the hands of the Arizona Cardinals in Week 2, Derek Carr's Las Vegas Raiders travel to Tennessee to take on Mike Vrabel and the Titans.

The Titans are on a short week off the heels of Monday Night Football and return home to host a hungry Raiders team looking to bounce back after a vexing loss. Can Carr, Davante Adams, Josh Jacobs and the Raiders offense outpace Ryan Tannehill, Derrick Henry, Treylon Burks and the Titans? The game is scheduled to kick off Sunday at 1 p.m. ET from Nissan Stadium.

Here's a look at the betting details and USA TODAY's NFL staff picks for the Raiders vs. Titans Week 3 game:

Lorenzo Reyes: Raiders 22, Titans 13

Yes, the Titans did run into the Bills last week, but this team simply is not showing the physicality on both sides of the ball that made it such a tough out in previous seasons. The Raiders will want to bounce back after letting that game against Arizona slip away. And with the line under a field goal and with Tennessee 1-4 against the spread over its last five, I’m on Vegas here.

Safid Deen: Raiders 27, Titans 17

Derek Carr, Davante Adams and new coach Josh McDaniels might not have imagined an 0-2 start to their first season together. Don’t worry. They couldn’t have asked for a better matchup in Week 3. All they have to do is stack the box against Titans star Derrick Henry, and take the top off the Titans' defense this week. Raiders get their first win, while the Titans fall to 0-3.

Lance Pugmire: Raiders 27, Titans 20

One of these teams will be 0-3? That’s stunning given the pedigree of the returning AFC No. 1 playoff seed and the hopes for what Davante Adams would bring to Las Vegas.

Jarrett Bell: Titans 27, Raiders 23

Nate Davis: Raiders 22, Titans 16

Tyler Dragon: Raiders 28, Titans 20
