Netflix Canada removing 'Indiana Jones' movies, 'John Wick' and Eddie Murphy comedies in January

Indiana Jones fans won't be able to watch the legendary franchise with Harrison Ford on Netflix Canada anymore, after all four films released in the series are removed from the streaming platform in January 2023.

Indiana Jones and the Raiders of the Lost Ark, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, and Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom will no longer be available on Netflix for Canadians at the start of the month.

As we wait for John Wick: Chapter 4 to hit movie theatres March 2023, the first John Wick film, starring Canadian Keanu Reeves, will be removed from Netflix Canada on Jan. 1. Additionally, the 1995 Bad Boys movie with Will Smith and Martin Lawrence is leaving the streaming site.

There are only a few days left to watch Ben Affleck's Oscar-winning film Argo on Netflix in Canada, before it's removed on the first day of 2023.

If comedies are more your speed, Daddy Day Care starring Eddie Murphy, and the actor's 1987 stand-up comedy special, Eddie Murphy: Raw, will be removed from the platform on Jan. 1.

Additionally, the 2000 comedy Boys and Girls, starring Freddie Prinze Jr., Claire Forlani, Jason Biggs and Alyson Hannigan is leaving Netflix Canada on Jan. 1.

Tyler Perry's Why Did I Get Married? with Janet Jackson and Tasha Smith will be removed on the same date.

On Jan. 2, Netflix is removing the Will Ferrell, Zach Galifianakis and Jason Sudeikis comedy The Campaign from its site.

On the same date, Baz Luhrmann's The Great Gatsby, starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Carey Mulligan leaves Netflix Canada, in addition to Gangster Squad with Sean Penn, Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone, and North Country starring Charlize Theron, Jeremy Renner and Frances McDormand.
