Liberals say they 'prioritize' transparency after Conservative criticism of 'secret cabinet decrees'

During Thursday’s session of question period, the Conservatives accused Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s Liberals for not being transparent, citing 72 "secret cabinet decrees."
