Liberals say they 'prioritize' transparency after Conservative criticism of 'secret cabinet decrees'
During Thursday’s session of question period, the Conservatives accused Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s Liberals for not being transparent, citing 72 "secret cabinet decrees." Responding to this, Innovation, Science and Industry Minister François-Philippe Champagne said the government "prioritizes" being transparent with Canadians while “ensuring” its responsibility not to compromise national security.
