Lily James Was “Horrified” When the Dominic West PDA Pics Were Published
Lily James and Dominic West’s wife, Catherine FitzGerald, were “horrified” when the PDA pics of Lily and Dominic were published.
Lily and Dominic were seen kissing and being super intimate while in Rome.
After the news broke, Dominic and Catherine made a public appearance and insisted their marriage is okay.
Lily has since canceled multiple talk-show appearances.
It’s been a minute since reports of costars Lily James and Dominic West canoodling and staying in the same hotel suite in Rome surfaced. But understandably, Lily continues to be “horrified” by the PDA-filled pictures that made their way around the internet. (If you still haven’t seen them, the Daily Mail has all the evidence.)
Shortly after the pictures emerged, Dominic and his wife, Catherine FitzGerald, made a public appearance in front of their Cotswolds home. While kissing and posing for photographers, Dominic and Catherine released a handwritten letter that stated, “Our marriage is strong and we’re very much still together. Thank you.”
According to an Us Weekly source, they “wanted to put up a united front,” but that doesn’t mean Catherine didn’t have thoughts about what went down. The source alleged that Catherine and Lily “were both horrified by the pictures.” On top of reportedly complicating Dominic and Catherine’s marriage, this incident “has strained Lily and Dominic’s working and personal relationship too.”
In the days following the scandal, Lily was set to promote her new Netflix film Rebecca on multiple talk shows. However, she already canceled her Today show appearance and her Graham Norton Show interview this week. Lily is supposed to appear on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon tonight, but that seems tentative given this turn of events.
