Love Is Blind season 4's Micah posts apology statement following backlash
Love Is Blind season 4's Micah Lussier has issued an apology on social media after receiving backlash for her behaviour on the show.
The fourth season of Netflix's hit reality dating series has only just returned to our screens, but many fans have been quick to call out Micah and her co-star Irina Solomonova for being "mean girls".
The pair were seen making fun of their fellow contestants for being emotional during their dates in the pods, as well as listening in on Amber Wilder as she cried after being rejected by Paul Peden.

The duo were quickly labelled "mean" by viewers on social media, but Micah has now taken to her Instagram Story to issue an apology.
"A small note. I have apologised privately to the people that were hurt on the show by my hands. I would like to apologise publicly. An emotional immaturity was shown and I will grow from it," she began.
"To the viewers I’ve hurt. I’m sorry I’ve triggered so many of you with my behaviour. Seeing that person on the screen would make me feel the same anger."

Micah continued: "As to my comments being off: I will turn them on in time. I am doing my best to protect my mental health (deserved or not). It has always been something I’ve struggled with, and I know I can not better myself if I’m more unwell mentally.
"I hope you understand that I am taking accountability privately. I promise to do better in the future."
Irina has yet to comment on the backlash, but she and Micah did speak to Entertainment Weekly ahead of season four's premiere and say that their actions were a "coping mechanism".
Love Is Blind is available to watch on Netflix.
