The actress' daughter married Dr. Ross Uhrich in Lake Como, Italy, in May
Lynda Carter says her daughter took wedding planning into her own hands.
While appearing on The Tamron Hall Show earlier this week, the Wonder Woman star, 72, opened up about daughter Jessica Carter Altman's May nuptials to Dr. Ross Uhrich, which took place in Lake Como, Italy.
Detailing that the wedding was held in a "beautiful castle," Carter said of her daughter, "She did everything herself."
"She planned it, chose everything and did everything," she added.

Continuing to chat about the wedding, Carter detailed how her daughter found special ways to include the memory of her late father, Robert Altman — who died in February 2021 from myelofibrosis, a rare blood cancer.
"She sewed a piece of one of his shirts into the fabric on the inside of her wedding dress," Carter told host Tamron Hall, as the in-studio audience cheered.
"And I put a little tiny piece of the same shirt inside my dress," the actress continued. "There were so many small things that she did."
Carter also noted that her son, James Altman, walked his sister down the aisle and was her "best man."

A few months after the springtime wedding, Carter celebrated her birthday with one of her favorite people, which included daughter Carter Altman.
"Thank you all for the sweet birthday wishes. Enjoyed a relaxing weekend with my daughter @jessica.carter.altman," Carter captioned a sweet photo of the mother-daughter pair, as she celebrated turning 72 in July.
