Man Arrested After Truck 'Intentionally' Rammed Into Colorado Police Station

A man was arrested on Wednesday, January 25, after he “intentionally” drove into the lobby of a police station in Colorado, police said.

Surveillance footage from the Grand Junction Police Department shows the truck crashing into the lobby, as well as an exterior view of the incident.

According to details in an affidavit provided by police, 45-year-old Nathan David Chacon was arrested at the scene.

“Multiple employees were in the area at the time of the crash, but no injuries occurred,” police said.

Chacon was charged with multiple offenses including attempted murder, attempted assault, and attempted vehicular homicide, according to the affidavit.
