Man in court over alleged rape of girl, 16, in Dundee car park
A 31-year-old man has appeared in court charged with the rape of a 16-year-old girl in a Dundee car park.
The alleged serious sexual assault is said to have taken place in the Cowgate area during the early hours of Sunday 10 November.
Suspect Ryan Masters was arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
He appeared at Dundee Sheriff Court on Monday, where he made no plea to the single charge of rape.
Masters, of the city, was granted bail ahead of his next court appearance, which is yet to be confirmed.
