Man in diaper exposed himself to school children at bus stop, NC sheriff says
Neighbors’ video showed a man in diapers exposing himself to children at a school bus stop, a North Carolina sheriff said Thursday night.
The man was arrested after video showed him “dropping the diaper that he was wearing and fully exposing himself to children that were getting off a stopped school bus” on Wednesday, according to a Rowan County Sheriff’s Office news release.
The suspect, 52-year-old Terry Lynn Horn, was taken into custody and charged with four counts of felony indecent exposure after deputies identified four child victims, investigators said.
The children were leaving the bus in the 200 block of Leigh Drive, west of Salisbury, according to the sheriff’s office.
Sheriff’s officials have not named the school the children attended or released their ages. Jail records show the children were under age 16.
“Additional victims may be identified in this case,” officials said in the release.
Horne was in the Rowan County Detention Center Thursday on a $5,000 secured bond, according to jail records.
