Man dies in hospital after North York shooting

Toronto police say a man has died after he was shot in North York on Thursday afternoon.

Police responded to a call for a shooting near Yonge Street and Sheppard Avenue West around 12 p.m, according to a news release on Monday.

The victim was found in an underground parking garage with life-threatening injuries.

He was taken to hospital, where he died on Saturday, police said.

Police identified the victim as Devon Brumble, 31, of Toronto.
