Man live-tweets after discovering his roommate allegedly murdered her boyfriend
A shocking crime took a twist via social media when a Florida man discovered his apartment had been turned into the scene of a murder investigation.
According to Fox 35, 24-year-old Katherine Jean Tonner allegedly shot her boyfriend in the head on Monday. After reportedly calling 911 from her parent’s house to say she had shot someone in her apartment, Tonner was taken into police custody.
Meanwhile, one of Tonner’s roommates learned of the news on Twitter and he immediately began live-tweeting to express his shock.

As more details about the murder emerged, the roommate (known only as @chaserojo on Twitter) continued to share his reaction with his followers. He tweeted out Tonner’s police mugshot photo and expressed his dismay about having to move, calling it a “big inconvenience.”
