One man has been arrested and charged after police say another man was stabbed in the Overbrook neighbourhood Friday morning.
Police and paramedics were called to Lola Street, near Presland Road, at about 6:10 a.m.
A 20-year-old man had suffered a stab wound and was taken to hospital, paramedics said. Police described his injuries as minor.
Lola was closed from Presland to Prince Albert Street while police investigated.
A knife was found on the road and a 30-year-old man has been arrested, police said.
He was later charged with aggravated assault, assault with a weapon, possession of a dangerous weapon and drug possession. He is scheduled to appear in court Saturday.
