Man and woman arrested in Greenock brothel probe

A man and a woman have been arrested and charged with being involved in brothel keeping in Greenock, Inverclyde.

Police also investigated alleged human trafficking and serious and organised crime at a property and a commercial premises on West Blackhall Street.

The 40-year-old man and 39-year-old woman are due to appear at Greenock Sheriff Court on Friday.

Anyone with information about exploitation in their area is urged to contact police.
