Manitoba implements new restrictions, vaccination rules amid COVID-19 spike

Manitoba now has the highest COVID-19 infection rate out of the provinces, and officials have implemented additional restrictions in the southern part of the province. The government is also requiring kids ages 12 to 17 to be vaccinated or regularly tested for COVID-19 to play indoor sports, effective Dec. 6.
