Maren Morris is giving us the workout motivation we needed.
"Pickle Ball Queen," she captioned the post. "(Yes we made custom paddles to match the tour). See you tonight, Raleigh! Opening night."
Fans quickly praised Morris for looking trim and toned two years after welcoming her son, Hayes, with husband Ryan Hurd.
"You're lookin' shredded Miss Maren. Keep it up," one fan commented.
"Hot mama!" another added. "Respectfully, you look even better now than you did pre-pregnancy. Motherhood looks amazing on you."
"She's working on her fitness," someone else wrote. "Love to see it. You look amazing! Thank you for the motivation!"
In May 2021, the country singer's personal trainer, Erin Oprea, opened up to Us Weekly about how Morris chose to focus on her health after pregnancy.
“She doesn’t have this, ‘I want to bounce back kind of mentality,’ which I freaking love, after having a baby,” Oprea explained. “She has this, ‘I want to feel good, but I still want to love life.’ And I think it’s cool. My goal for her [is] slow and steady, enjoy the journey.”
According to Oprea, Morris has been "100 percent comfortable" with her body, working out three times per week.
“Her goal is to feel good and to put on her clothes and just keep her confidence," she continued. "She’s competent. She looks beautiful. She feels amazing.”
The trainer's comments came a month after Morris faced criticism for her postpartum body, which she addressed in an interview backstage at the Academy of Country Music Awards.
"We're always extremely pressed to erase any evidence on our body that we had a child — that we housed a child for nine, 10 months," she told reporters. "I just realized how unhealthy that was for me and my workout journey to be like, 'I need to get back to where I was before.'"
