Sept. 19 (UPI) -- A Maryland man scored a $62,622 prize from the Racetrax virtual horse racing game, marking his third time winning a major lottery jackpot.

The 58-year-old Joppa man told Maryland Lottery officials he was at his favorite lottery retailer, the Edgewood Amoco BP on Pulaski Highway in Harford County, when he decided to place a Trifecta Bet in Racetrax.

The man used his usual numbers, 10-11-12, and scored a $62,622 prize.

The winner said the prize marked his third time visiting Maryland Lottery headquarters to collect a big jackpot. He said his first two prizes went toward buying homes for two of his three adult children.

The man said his latest winnings will allow him to buy a home for his third child.
